These challenges, known as “60sChallenge”, are a few sport activities, with each for 60 seconds.

The following is the description of the Challenge 2 – “60sChallengeFielding”.

  1. Two players stand at least 35 feet away from each other and pass the baseball back and forth to each other (you shall draw two lines on the ground to mark the 35-feet distance).
  2. Players completing the most passes within 60 seconds will be the winners.
  3. How to count as 1 pass:
    1. If the receiver catches the throw from behind the line, it counts as 1 pass.
    2. If the receiver fails to catch the throw and the ball passes the receiver’s line, it counts as 1 pass only as soon as the receiver retrieves the ball.
    3. If the ball drops between the two lines, the receiver can rush to retrieve the ball, and it will only count as 1 pass when the receiver returns to behind the line.
  4. The passer must throw the ball from behind the line (no matter how far behind). If the passer throws the ball from between the two lines, it will not count as a pass.
  5. You may use a ball of any size but only one ball may be used during the challenge.
  6. You may consider using low impact safety ball to avoid damage to property if playing in the residential area.
  7. Except for the glove, you CANNOT use any assistance to throw or retrieve the ball.
  8. Post your record by replying to the lead tweet of the “60sChallengeFielding” (it shall be the pinned tweet in the Flying Fox Twitter account). In your reply tweet, simply include your score and the name of town & state, e.g., “32, from Brooklyn, NY”.
  9. You must provide a continuous video recording in your reply tweet as the proof of your record. The length of video may be over 60 seconds; however, only the passes completed within the 60 seconds from the first throw (need to show the ball not yet release from hand) will be counted.
  10. If, at the end of 60-second period, the pitcher has already thrown the ball (ball released from hand) and the ball is caught by the receiver in the air, it will be counted as a pass even it is beyond the 60-second period. If the ball is not caught in the air, it will not count as a pass.
  11. You have unlimited chances to post your record by the deadline, therefore you can always uplift your record if you achieve a better one.
  12. Best three (3) records will be the winners:
    • #1 - $70 Amazon gift card
    • #2 - $50 Amazon gift card
    • #3 - $30 Amazon gift card
  13. If the records are tied, the reply tweet that is posted earlier will win. For example, if the best score among all participants is 40 and there are 5 tweets reporting such score, the first three tweets with this record will be the winners of the prizes #1, #2 and #3, respectively; and the 4 th and 5 th tweets will NOT be the winners. So, please reply early and do not delay.

The deadline for posting any “60sChallengeFielding” record is 5PM EDT on April 30th, 2020.
